Mesh-Mosh is a creative agency in Damascus. This page explains what we collect, why, and where it goes — in plain language, not lawyer language.
In short: we collect two things — what you give us yourself through the contact form, and anonymous visit data to improve performance. The second only runs after you agree.
What we collect
When you fill in the "Let's talk" form, we receive:

Nothing else from the form — no IP address, no location, no browsing history.
Why
One reason: to reply to you and understand what you need. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't add you to any mailing list unless you ask.
Where it goes
The form posts to Google Forms and is stored in a Google Sheet owned by the Mesh-Mosh team. Google LLC processes this data as a service provider under Google's privacy policy.
Our team reads it and usually replies via the WhatsApp number or email you gave us.
We do not sell your data or share it with any third party beyond those named on this page.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as there is an active conversation, then up to two years as a business record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Cookies and measurement
1 · Necessary for the site to work — no consent needed
Five small values stored in your browser so the site works correctly. They stay on your device, never reach us, and do not identify you:

These are not cookies technically, and are never used for tracking.
2 · Performance measurement — only with your consent
If you agree, we run Google Analytics 4 — it counts
visits, which pages are read most, and where visitors came from. It stores
_ga and _ga_* cookies for up to 24 months.
Before you consent it does not load at all — neither its scripts nor its cookies.
Changing your mind
You can refuse from the start, or change your decision here at any time. When you withdraw, we stop the tool and delete its cookies immediately.
Server logs
Cloudflare and Namecheap keep technical server logs — as every website does — for security and operations. We do not use those logs to track individuals.
Video and images
Video and images load from media.mesh-mosh.com, which is ours
and hosted on Cloudflare. The site itself is hosted on Namecheap.
External links
The site links to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp accounts. Clicking them takes you off our site, and each platform has its own policy.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us for:
- A copy of the data we hold about you
- A correction if something is wrong
- Deletion of it entirely
We will act within 30 days, free of charge.

Children
Our site and services are aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change something material we will update the "last updated" date above. If the change affects data we already collected from you, we will contact you.
