Content, show and podcast production for brands in Syria

Mesh-Mosh is a creative agency in Damascus for advertising and content production, turning the stories of brands and organizations into shows and campaigns watched by millions of Syrians. We build your brand a show with a name and a host, or a monthly content line: the concept, the look, the filming and the publishing, then we measure and improve it every month.

Produced in Damascus. We film in Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Homs, Tartus and Daraa.

Content & shows

A show with a name and an audience, not scattered posts

One ad is forgotten in days. A show builds an audience that comes back and trusts it, and your brand shows up inside the story instead of interrupting it.

What you get

  • The show concept and host: who presents it, who it is for, and why people will come back every week
  • Video podcasts and YouTube shows for brands: the concept, topics and guests, filming and editing, and publishing, not just a studio rented by the hour
  • A consistent look: logo, colors, video templates and covers
  • A monthly content plan with clear themes, approved before each month starts
  • Filming, directing and editing, in a studio or in the real place where the story happens
  • A filming guide for your own team when needed, so every episode keeps the same look
  • Publishing sized for each platform, with long episodes cut into short clips that stand on their own
  • A monthly report in numbers, with a clear recommendation for the next month

Proof · Dr. Sara with Toddily

We built her persona, identity and a production system of 12 episodes a month on four platforms. The content reaches 18.3M+ views a month, and over 80% of the nursery’s enrollments came from digital engagement.

More proof · Mokhtar Al Souq

Our own show takes apart market rumors with a mix of storytelling, journalism and entertainment. It reached 4M+ views a month with fully organic growth and zero ad spend.

Podcast · Mesh Impossible

A Syrian podcast about entrepreneurship that we made from the name, identity and set to directing and distribution: 12 episodes in season one, 40 short clips across 5 platforms, and 3.5M+ views a month.

See the case

Who it’s for: A brand that wants a lasting audience, not a single ad · A company with real expertise that needs a face and a voice · A Gulf or foreign brand that wants content in the language Syrians speak · An organization that wants an awareness series people actually watch.

How we work

From idea to a show that runs every month

01

We start with the audience and the goal

Who should watch, what should change after they watch, and which platform that audience uses.

02

We send the show concept and quote

The show name, host and themes, episodes per month, and the price. We start after you approve.

03

We build the look and film the first episodes

Logo, templates and set, then the first batch of episodes for your notes.

04

We publish, measure and improve

Regular publishing on the agreed platforms, and a monthly report on what worked and what we will change.

Questions people ask

Before you ask

What is the difference between monthly content and a show?

Monthly content is a plan of posts and videos for your brand’s pages each month. A show is a series with a name, a host and a regular slot that people follow for its own sake. We can start with monthly content and turn it into a show once it is clear what your audience likes.

How much does monthly content production cost in Syria?

According to our survey of advertising prices in Syria, agencies charge from $225 a month for page management, and packages that include filming start at about $600, while filmed shows are priced per project. We send an itemized written quote before you commit.

Do you produce podcasts for brands in Syria?

Yes. We produce video podcasts and YouTube shows for brands from idea to publishing: we build the name, identity and set, film in Damascus, and cut each episode into short clips for every platform. Our work includes the Mesh Impossible Podcast about entrepreneurship in Syria.

How are you different from a podcast recording studio?

A recording studio rents you the room and equipment by the hour, and the idea, host and publishing stay with you. We build the whole show: the concept, host and identity, filming and editing, publishing on each platform, and a monthly report in numbers.

Does our brand appear in the show as an ad?

We don’t interrupt viewers with an ad. We build the episode around a real question the audience has, and your product becomes part of the answer. That is how brands like Persil, New Park and LET’S appeared inside Dr. Sara episodes.

Can our own team film part of the content?

Yes. For Dr. Sara we wrote an 8-page filming guide, which made 12 episodes a month possible without a full crew on every shot, while keeping the same look.

Which platforms do you publish on?

Wherever your audience is, usually Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. We cut long episodes into short clips, each with its own title and cover, as we did for the Mesh Impossible Podcast.

How do you measure whether a show works?

We agree up front on what we track each month. For Dr. Sara, for example, the main measure is saves, not likes, because people who save a video plan to come back to it.
